Kyriad Hotel (Jingzhou Beijing West Road)

At 9:30 in the evening, I was given a room that was close to the elevator and had half a window. I called the front desk and they refused to change it. I saw that there were many more rooms online, so I had no choice but to cancel it. I was still looking for it so late at night. I am still a regular customer of the hotel. I stay in many rooms every month. This time I am convinced.

Overall feeling: Not as good as Hanting When I checked in, I kept a straight face the whole time. Neither of them even said "hello". I asked the front desk if I could skip the promotion. The front desk glanced at me and arranged a room next to the elevator shaft. There was a whimpering sound all night. Never stopped. The decoration is Shell Vienna 4.0, so I changed the wallpaper on the bedside and added a small touch. There was a smell in the room that couldn't be dissipated. I used a human air purifier for one night; The water pressure was pitifully low, and it took a minute for hot water to come out. The water temperature was also unstable, going from cold to hot. What was exaggerating was that the bathroom didn't even have a "Slide with caution" sign, and I didn't know how to pass the opening inspection. Kyriad’s standard good night milk is not available either.

房間地毯看着臟臟的，浴巾打開不知道是油漬還是什麼東西，真的很無語，這麼大的連鎖酒店衞生都不能做好，讓人怎麼放心住，房間挨着馬路比較吵，讓換裏面的房也不給換，第一次對凱里亞德這麼失望

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，前台小姐姐熱情，温柔，效率高，基本有求必應，早餐很新鮮，房價也很實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！

在武漢住的也是凱里亞德酒店（武漢解放大道宗關地鐵站店），感覺不錯，到荊州也選擇了他們，我們自己也在神農架經營民宿的，算是比較挑剔的，總體來説乾淨衞生，服務規範，忘記拍酒店照片了，荊州是一個很宜居的城市，總之一切都很好！

早餐挺不錯，自助式，房間大氣，停車位也足夠。房間裏的設施配備是符合這個價格的質感的，空調不錯，洗澡水不錯，推薦
