1.退房時跟前台説了，住了三天酒店，前台衹給了一天的停車卷，衹給了一張；2.到了地下停車場出口時，值班女保安，拒絕與酒店直接聯繫，讓客户下車再去找酒店前台拿停車卷，3.還説不拿停車卷，就要求客人再付90元錢停車費；4.莫須有的説客人欺負她；5.地下停車場保安隊長處理時，根本不問青紅皂白，還同停車場另外兩個保安，協同出口處女保安對客人進行喝斥、言語攻擊、甚至挑釁客人，堅持説客人欺負女保安；6.根本就沒有一點服務意識；7.後來溝通酒店前台、停車場保安隊長、值班女保安等人，酒店前台自知理虧，態度稍微好了一點，做出道歉，7.但是，停車場保安隊長態度依然囂張，同地下停車場出口女保安拒絕道歉；7.酒店前台一直拿停車場跟她們酒店不是一起的來搪塞客人，着實讓人反感；8.最後請各位旅遊或者去出差時，謹慎前往。

環境不錯，第二次入住了。鬧中取靜，房間很乾凈，佈置的也很温馨，相比同檔次酒店，性價比很高。 有免費停車場還有免費的洗衣房，對我這種出出差的人來説，很方便。附近吃飯的地方也多，前台服務也很熱情，客房大姐為人也很友善。

酒店在市區中不算貴，酒店的環境比同等價位的快捷酒店好多了，前台服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然設施有點舊了，但房間無異味，還有無限暢飲

從圖片上看好像還不錯，但實際真的很糟糕😰門鎖反鎖栓插不上，介紹是1.5米和2.0米床，實際是1.2米和1.8米，涉嫌虛假宣傳，因為跑了一天車，懶得再換酒店，將就住了。入住時問前台，前台告訴我本來就是這樣，他們搞錯了，直接來句不想住你就退了吧…後面讓加被子，前台又告訴我説沒有被子，加不了！攜程會員十多年，最差的一次體驗。
