房間很大挺漂亮，周圍的環境也很好，服務態度可圈可點。但是，有一些要改進的地方 - 晚上到的時候感覺周圍十分安靜，似乎有點陰森森，其實是因為前面就是城牆擋住了視野。前台可以主動介紹一下。酒店裡麪也有點暗，房間進去感覺有些悶，其實可以在客人到前一小時把空調打開，再根據人數多給一張房卡。另外有茶台沒有散的茶葉，衹有普通的茶包，也有點奇怪。旁邊就是玄妙觀，可以看看。

沒有漢服體驗，酒店設施太差，洗手間地漏下水超級慢，還沒有洗澡拖鞋，房間味道很重，一晚500多實在不值這個價！！不會再選擇。

原先訂的房間在一樓，對着院子的停車場。後來協調到二樓，不僅寬敞而且在後院比較安靜。酒店邊上就是排行第一的九九飯店，離美食也很近。早上睡到自然醒，喝喝茶，附近吃個飯就可以去景點。酒店離景點也特別近。方便出行。前台美女很熱心引導我們怎麼玩轉荊州城。

地點在古城牆旁邊，環境很好很安靜。到博物館還有張居正故居都很近，沿着旁邊的路超後面走就有共享電單車，騎車到附近的景點10分鐘就到了，去萬達打車15塊錢左右。我訂的是帶浴缸的，但是酒店沒有提供浴球或者浴鹽。夏天太熱了，沒有試一下漢服。

定的大床房，這種天還有蚊子，也是稀奇的，空調衹有制熱的，那天去正好感覺熱，問了前台，小姐姐很熱情的幫我拿了個電扇，還説可以換薄被子，很貼心，結果晚上就冷了！離城牆很近，一到晚上都沒有人，感覺很荒涼的感覺，不過走沒多遠有九九夜排檔，吃的不愁！
