酒店服務 ，衞生，設施設備都很好。特別是前台小姐姐的服務給個大大的贊[強] ，站着帶着微笑雙手遞給我房卡，這一幕特別的温馨！房間很隔音，睡的踏實。酒店下面超市，餐館一應俱全。酒店前面不到100就是古城，城樓上有一個景點”關羽祠”強力推薦一遊。對了，酒店性價比高，推薦，推薦，推薦

每年都會回來荊州，每次回來都會住在這裏，前台的小姐姐特別温暖和貼心，保潔阿姨也超温暖。這裏地理位置也好，就在新南門邊上，出去走上2分鐘就到城牆邊上了，超方便。

差的方面：被子上的血沒洗乾淨，床單上的污痕也沒洗乾淨。門口是臨時停車位，衹能晚上停，白天衹能自己想辦法，好在收費停車位就在旁邊。
好的方面：我相信這個價格在荊州應該算好的酒店了。周邊生活氣息很濃。就在古城城牆外。

還是一如既往的好！進房間肉眼看不見一點灰塵，打開走道窗 可以看見古城牆 ，很安靜，安心！不過這次把房間弄的有點臟。有點不好意思。麻煩酒店的員工辛苦你們了。下次還會光顧你酒店的。
