跟媳婦兒一起旅遊路過入住這家麗風酒店，也看了很多評論，抱着體驗的心態，還別説，體驗並沒有 評論有得説服務差不好的，從你入住酒店進大門開始都是温柔體貼的問侯，有問必答，哪怕不清楚，也會覺得很耐心的查看手機慢慢解答，客房大姐衞生做的很乾凈，還給把襪子洗了，好不好意思😬，謝謝啦，最後很抱歉退房這麼久才點去

周圍環境很荒涼，房間空調特別差，三個多小時，才從14°長到18°，之後就長時間維持在這個温度，找酒店處理，前台衹會回覆説設備沒問題，來房間查看還説一點不冷啊，就是睜眼説瞎話，還連蒙帶唬説其他房間都很好，就我們反應空調有問題。我一查評價，那麼多評價都是空調不熱。在我戳穿之後，前台又改口説五年沒維修了，設備陳舊造成的。這是什麼騙子的把戲嗎？強烈推薦大家避雷！

來荊州幾次，都是住的家庭套房，特別喜歡酒店的家庭套房，兩間房兩個床，帶小朋友特別方便。前台工作人員特別親切，房間衞生也很乾凈，這次還有個小插曲，老公的手環可能在酒店遺失，前台工作人員李青青熱心幫我在車位附近找到了，萬分感謝🙏🏻

房間温馨，前台服務人員服務態度很温和，酒店地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住。提供的浴鹽和浴袋很好用，泡澡很舒服。床墊舒適度和隔音上再提升下就完美啦！非常滿意哦!

訂了房間進門之後內部的裝修也很棒，設施設備、床品都比較乾淨比較齊全，前台的小姐姐很熱心，服務很周到，免費停車性價比也蠻好，早餐品種多好吃，有機會下次還來
