酒店外觀看起來不大，但是房間還不錯，也夠大，房間看起來比較現代時尚，是年輕人喜歡的簡約風格，細節做的很到位，馬桶上還套上了一次性坐墊。我們是來自武漢的親子旅遊，一共來了3家，大家都覺得性價比超高，在武漢這樣的房間應該要270了，在荊州衹要170，荊州的消費比較低！

位置便捷，離高速口較近，適合自駕出遊。儘管停車場較小，但保安師傅很負責會一一安排車位。房間整潔，使用的全屋智能效果不錯，部分開關反應較慢需要再調整。早餐比較簡單但衞生可口，總體來説對於一百多的價位非常合適。

優點：地理位置還可以，去火車站和古城牆都挺方便。裝修比較新，硬件設施齊全。
缺點：衞生做得不好，小朋友愛光腳，地上來回走了幾趟腳底板就黑了，被子上也有明顯的臟污。早餐品種不是很豐富，八點多很多東西就沒有了。

在攜程預訂的酒店從預訂到出行都順利無比，酒店位置距離荊州站很近打了輛出租車大概10分鐘左右就到了酒店，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐還幫我免費升級了房型，同事還耐心的幫我解答了周邊的景點位置，美食等當地特色，讓我對這次旅行充滿了期待和驚喜，酒店的房間乾淨衞生，服務周到，讓人無比的舒心，給我營造了一種家的感覺，價格也很合理。下次出行還會選擇這家酒店。

酒店位置距離方特很近，第一天在方特旅遊選擇了這家酒店僅不到10分鐘的車程，酒店前台看我們到的比較晚第二天還同意幫我們免費延時退房了2個小時，給前台小姐姐一個大大的贊，房間乾淨温馨，晚上很安靜睡了美美的一覺洗去了一天的疲憊，第二天前台還很耐心的幫我們介紹了東門景區和大賽巷美食街，並指導了路線，很值得推薦這家酒店。

酒店的客服很好，也很熱情，酒店衞生不錯，地理位置離方特打車五分鐘
特別表揚續住做衞生的阿姨，不僅幫忙把衣服都掛起來還把房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，第一次住酒店碰到這麼貼心的阿姨，住的很舒心。
下次如果來玩兒，首選還會是這裏

前台態度還行，就是我開了兩天的房，我的卡在入住一天後刷不開了，前台説她衹滋了一天的卡，拜託，我訂了兩天呢，為啥衹讓我一天能開門呢？那天本來就玩的有點累，想回去休息，但門刷不開，還要下樓找前台，有點麻煩。保潔阿姨很可愛，我留的字條還回復了呢，給保潔阿姨一個大大的贊😊
