The receptionist was nice! The registration process was quick! The hotel well situated and beautiful the decor at the hall is perfect. Love the room, it’s kinda a mixture of contemporary and modern, it’s a bit small but really nice! Totally recommend 🫶🏾💯

The hotel is in a great location, the room is so beautiful🤩, the pillows and quilts are so comfortable👍👍 Oh, and the handsome guy BINN at the front desk has great service, and the check-in process is very nice! The breakfast is also very rich, with more variety than other five-star hotels, which satisfies the appetite of our whole family. We are very happy to eat and stay🥳 Come again next time!!!

I have stayed in wanda hotels several times before. I feel that this time was probably the best experience I have had thus far at Wanda hotels.The room was very clean and the checkin process was flawless. I feel the front of house staff are very polite and welcoming. I was made aware of the opening times of gym and pool etc. Overall,a really pleasant experience.

The air conditioning in the room was not good. I slept so hot on the first night. The air conditioning was turned on all night but it didn't work. The more I slept, the hotter it got. When I booked the hotel, I used the Ctrip Platinum membership benefit, which said that I could check out at 3 pm. I asked the front desk, although I could check out at 3 pm, the hotel said that they did not have this benefit.

The slippers are relatively thick, the mattress is comfortable and soft, and the pillows are especially comfortable. The breakfast buffet area has average dishes, no merits or demerits, but the freshly cooked noodles stall makes up for the shortcomings. 衞生：房間內很乾凈整潔。 環境：房間面積非常大～小沙發和椅子都有 服務：前台服務還不錯 設施：還有一個小冰箱，雖然沒有用的到，智能馬桶控制有點問題，出水了要按好多次才能停，洗衣服的洗衣機看起來有點舊了，房間內的衞生設施都挺好的。 位置：地理位置非常方便，就在世貿旁邊，吃飯超級方便
