首先，我們定的大床房，到了之後前台説操作錯誤，衹留了一間雙床房，調節過後説衹剩這一間房間，當時到的時候也很晚了凌晨兩點，衹想早點睡了，那我們也很快就答應了。
第二天因為要去招聘會，所以早上蠻早出門了，直到下午一點多兩點我還在納悶為什麼沒有打電話來問是續住還是退房。我們兩點二十幾到的酒店，也是昨天的前台，我們想上樓理了東西就馬上走。發現房卡刷不開，所以下來又問他，他説我們超時了，我們説明瞭原因也表達了歉意，告訴他理完就走。他一定要説這已經超時半個小時了，要付房費。等我們理完東西下來兩點三十幾分，他説已經超時一個小時了要付三十塊錢房費。説這個影響很大。事出有因我們説明原因也表達了歉意了，並且我們在下樓的時候阿姨也在打掃旁邊的幾個房間。我開始和前台講道理，定錯房間是你的操作失誤，但是是我們顧客來買單。退房時間遲了是我們的問題，因為沒有住過不打電話來問續住還是退房的酒店，所以想麻煩你通融一下。講到後面一直説不要講了不要講了不要你的錢了，臉色變得很難看。我衹能説這真的是一次很糟糕的體驗。
最後再説這裏的環境，不知道大床房的房間是什麼設計。雙床房的馬桶是在浴室裏麪的，不是乾濕分離，並且上廁所沒地方放腳，因為在浴室裏麪腳下有一條鐵製的東西，馬桶設計的也很小，如果是成年人上廁所會覺得不適。房間隔音很差很差，外面一點聲音就能聽到，空調外機聲音很吵，一直嗡嗡嗡響，睡的很差。
總體來説這是我住過最差勁的一家酒店，不管是酒店的環境，還是前台的態度。不推薦大家來，這裏附近的酒店很多有更好的選擇。但絕對不是這裏。

酒店房間臟亂差，裝飾花瓶裏有大量煙頭，非常噁心。入住時床鋪上還有別人的體毛，洗澡的水温很冷，開不熱，而且空調整夜漏水，協商換房間失敗了。房間usb充電接口也是壞的，前台老闆服務態度極其惡劣。保潔阿姨手腳也不乾淨，打掃極其不認真，總體來説環境很噁心。非常差的體驗，已經聯繫攜程投訴了，避雷這家吧，祝早日倒閉。附近的酒店都是這個價位的沒一個有這種垃圾的服務水準。
