第一次住這家漢庭，洗完澡躺床上發現腿上嚴重過敏了，然後給前台打電話，我去衞生間看看有沒有不乾淨的情況，説實話整體還行，就是看到了浴巾上面有異物和毛髮，前台竟然安排了個保安老大爺，看了看拍了照片就走了問我需要看病去不，浴巾也沒有給我換新的，早上退房給我解釋説俺的床單之類的都是一次一換怎樣怎麼樣，我真想問她一次一換浴巾裏這麼多毛髮咋回事！住華住最失望一次！至於一直再説的退錢，我覺得最不應該，不能用錢來解決他們的這些問題吧！

房間很滿意，但是我想投訴一下給我辦入住的那位女士：我已經表示了要朝南的房間，那位女士回覆是：我們這裏的雙床房都是朝北。所以給我兩間朝北的雙床房。但是，第二天退房的時候發現明明有朝南的雙床，為什麼説謊去？告訴我沒有了或者價錢我弟技能接收器。我要追究到底

設施：很完善，高級大床房房間很大，有沙發餐桌，學習桌和一個大飄窗，很舒服
衞生：很乾凈，很整潔
環境：周圍不算太吵，房間安排很到位
服務：工作人員熱情有禮貌，早餐也乾淨衞生，升級了會員，有機會會再來

每次回來都會選擇的酒店。環境好，價格實惠，乾淨整潔。客房打掃的工作人員看我們兩瓶水都喝了，第二天給補了4瓶，十分貼心。
