房间住的很舒服，满分，小朱态度很好，不错不错
It was a really great stay with crystal hotel, with a quiet environment and great noise isolation,five star liked room interior , can definitely get a good night sleep here
They have multiple washing machine and dryer that automatically adds detergent so no hassle work and dont have to worry about having to wait for others
Highly recommended and would visit again

辦理入住時，前台工作人員特別熱情，不僅快速幫我完成了登記，還主動詢問是否需要升級高樓層的房間（因為我説想看看夜景），全程沒讓我等太久，還貼心遞了礦泉水和酒店周邊的遊玩指南，裏面詳細標註了好吃的餐館和小眾景點，比我自己做的攻略還實用！進房間第一感覺就是乾淨，地板光腳走都沒問題，床單被套沒有一點異味，摸起來很柔軟，枕頭有高有低可以選這次住宿體驗遠超我的預期，不管是位置、環境、設施還是服務都無可挑剔，性價比也很高，下次來這座城市肯定還選這家，已經推薦給身邊要出行的朋友了！

提前預訂的房間 ，晚上10點到店前台説沒有訂單。讓我們出示訂單過後，讓我們去大廳坐會。折騰半天把房卡拿過來説 ，訂單剛過來。一看就不誠實 ，找藉口 我是當天預訂的嗎？ 太晚了不想折騰 ，攜程預訂不含早 ，經理倒是送了2份早餐。連住兩天 ，第一天沒喝酸奶 ，第二天喝一個 一看日期還有3天就過期了 ，水晶給客人喝臨期產品

這次帶小朋友來玩，很自在也很勞累。選擇這家酒店確實不錯！我們對衞生的要求比較高，所以房間內的設施設備很令我們滿意，小朋友也很喜歡！晚上睡得很舒服。前台服務也很及時，隨時跟進我們的需求。大堂美女經理一直逗小朋友玩，還給了我們小零食！今天又續住了！很開心！
