位置還可以吧，在步行街的尾部，離河邊也比較近，去河堤上散步不用走很遠。周邊也有早餐店，其它的一般般。

前台服務態度很好，地理位置好，環境也不錯，樓下有很多燒烤粉館，床鋪被褥很舒適，就是在房間裏看到了蟑螂，其他都不錯！

賓館條件設施還行，衞生也過得去我，唯一就是定的這個房間廁所，估計下水道有問題，老是有一股臭味反上來，其他都還好。有電梯，停車非常方便

衞生：還是比較乾淨的
設施：中央空調，還有個風扇吹下。有電梯。
能帶狗子入住，周圍也比較安靜，附近吃的很多，晚上夜宵，白天也有粉店。

停車特別方便，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，老闆娘特別熱情，而且還有專門的曬場，房間特別乾淨舒適，整潔，樓層阿姨也特別熱情，是我住過最乾淨的酒店

來津市很多次了，這是我住過性價比最高的一家賓館了，從未想過這個價格還有這麼好的裝修，設施設備都很好，洗澡也特別舒服，停車超級方便，樓下就有早餐，晚上還有宵夜。而且房間隔音效果很好，晚上睡的特別踏實，下次來了還住這裏😊😊
