挺愉快的入住體驗，客服人員的服務熱情暖心，房間裏有滑滑梯小朋友很開心。設施設備感覺挺有品質的，也很乾凈，晚上也安靜。遊樂場很大，農場中好多動物，還有動物表演。小朋友沒玩夠，打算春天有機會再去坐坐小火車看油菜花。

從酒店接待開始，展示的都是特別温柔、耐心、專業的服務。
吃、住、行安排的很好，早餐特別豐盛，還有小朋友的花間小日子，讓我們解放雙手，很驚喜的是全程都有對狗狗的關照，讓我們養寵人士驚喜不已，有狗狗專門的早餐，尿墊等好多人文關懷。
管家的耐心和細心也讓我讓我們倍感温暖，遺憾的是今天下雨，沒能體驗到熱氣球和採摘的樂趣（衹有下次再去啦❤️）
小朋友對滑滑梯房間完全沒有抵抗力，玩得特別開心。

絕對是帶娃家庭的寶藏酒店！這次特意訂了帶滑梯的親子房，孩子一進門就興奮得尖叫，那個滑梯上上下下玩了很多遍，簡直是他的專屬樂園！
去景區還有免費的接駁車，省心省力。最重要的是，所有工作人員都特別友好熱情，見面都會微笑打招呼，讓人感覺很温暖。

房間:房間設計有點問題，樓梯拐角剛好對着樓下大床，那個地方容易撞到頭
衞生：房間裏衞生一般，衞生間有味道。晚上很多小蟲子，樹屋外面很臟，沒人打掃的感覺
環境：在一片橘林裏面不錯，可以看到很多橘子掛在樹上，摘了幾個嚐了味道有點酸，園區有的地方沒有開發出來，遊樂設施一般
服務：服務很好，對待每位客户都一樣熱情，贈送歡迎水果和晚安甜湯

從成都開車過來1個小時左右就到了
攜程上提前入住申請成功
所以中午就來了
房間已經收拾好可以入住
酒店的餐食不貴而且分量足夠味道也不錯
入住給了2張動力設施的卷
小朋友玩的非常開心
無動力設施可以硬控小朋友一下午了

提前很久預訂了，有滑梯的房間，小朋友特別喜歡。因為下雨提前辦理了入住 12點就去房間裏了。管家很貼心，提前幾天聯繫 發送停車位置，錄入停車訊息。房間還是比較乾淨，但是缺少維護，有些區域雜草叢生。
園區裏面的租車有180一天漲成了180 3小時有點貴，酒店的擺渡車很方便，等候時間很短，司機很有禮貌。
這次入住沒有贈送小童區體驗卡，但是其他房間的小朋友有贈送，不知道是怎麼回事。

酒店區域打造得很舒適安靜，園區配套完善，用車也是隨叫隨到，服務很好。房間很大，有院子，滑梯房大孩子也很喜歡，不過衞生間稍微有點返味，需要改進。

優點：4歲多小朋友遊玩設施多，小朋友很喜歡；餐廳分量非常足，點贊👍🏻；非節假日租小車車150/天划算；現在淡季人少玩設施不排隊巴適
需要注意的地方：第一次來的注意下，酒店停車場優先是景區停車場，然後就是跟酒店建議進景區一丟丟然後酒店來接，不要直接導航酒店地址進不來
