Arrived from Chengdu city center in just an hour, very convenient. The hotel facilities are still quite new, and the breakfast was delicious. The butler was great and helped me book sand therapy and moxibustion. The travel photos taken for my parents also turned out beautiful. There are also small play facilities for children, so everyone from kids to seniors and adults was satisfied. I'll definitely come back to stay for a couple of days when I have time again.

Overall, the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was tranquil and elegant, perfect for a short getaway, a peaceful retreat, and escaping the city hustle. This trip was easy and enjoyable, with no disappointments at all. The experience was 100%, and I've silently added it to my re-visit list – I want to come again next time!

We were upgraded from a twin room to a villa, and it was incredibly convenient to be able to drive right up to our villa door. The villa had a private hot spring and a lovely ambiance. Soaking in the open-air hot spring at night while stargazing was truly atmospheric. The staff were also incredibly friendly, constantly checking if the water temperature was to our liking and adjusting it immediately if not. If there was an empty pool we wanted to use, they'd fill it up for us right away. My only regret is that the dining could use some improvement; it wasn't great value for money. Oh, and the villa area was very quiet both day and night, which was a real plus for light sleepers.

The breakfast quality is also very good. As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

Finally got to check out this hotel from my saved list! It's not far from Chengdu, and the environment is really quiet and comfortable. The butler service was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our questions. They even sent birthday noodles to our room, which was such a warm touch! The Japanese-style natural hot springs in the garden are available for unlimited use, and the breakfast selection is quite extensive.
