酒店接待團隊為主，房間裏的設施比較老舊了，床頭燈不亮，電工弄了兩次都跳閘燒保險絲，最後衹能放棄了。水龍頭出來的水是黃色的，前台解釋説是因為空調維修影響到了鍋爐房的水…山裡濕度非常大，被子都是潮的，空調開了也不能除濕。
孩子受不了了，衹能退房提前離開了。

1、距離縣城中心5分鐘車程，很便利。
2、房間後面就是山林，在陽台就可以聽見潺潺溪水聲，悠然自得。
3、贈送的瑤浴三起三泡超級舒服。

我這個評價非常中肯，不知道這酒店星級怎麼來的，有待提高：
1：門口保安點贊，服務態度很好，外圍環境可以。早餐一般。
2：前台沒有感覺任何星級的禮貌，我們來自外地，想了解本地有什麼特色，前台小姐姐是特別不好語氣。
3：進房間一股很大的黴味，空氣特別難聞。
4：酒店不配一次性拖鞋，當時我們就問要四雙一次性拖鞋，倆大倆小，酒店説沒有小孩的，那就大人的吧！酒店説是一間房衹配倆雙，再要加10元一雙。
5：酒店不提供洗衣房，打電話前台説是倆個多月不開洗衣房。
6：31晚到這家酒店住，1號快中午退房，1號晚上到別的住的地方發現遺漏的洗面奶套裝，打電話去問，前後讓我在電話裏面等了6分多鐘，沒結果，説回我電話，到第二天10點多也沒回電，在打過去，前台都不知道這回事，在來就回我沒有。
這樣的服務能評星級？

可能是比較老的酒店吧，設施比較陳舊，我們是雙床房帶一個12歲的孩子，床比較寬敞。包含兩份早餐，吃早餐的時候服務員要求我們再付68元給孩子買了一份早餐，花這個錢的時候還不知道早餐這麼拉垮，如圖所示，可能是種類比較少，人相對較多，添加不及時，水果的話就很有點不用心了，西瓜和哈密瓜切得很隨意且品質不佳，現在同等價格的連鎖酒店早餐都比這家豐富且品質好。再説一下葯浴，我本身不喜歡泡葯浴，但我想游泳，這個酒店葯浴和普通游泳池是在同一個門進，必須捆綁消費，不人性化。

酒店啥都好就是馬桶質量太差又小又爛的，還有吹風機真的很無語吹兩秒就停再等幾分鐘又能用幾秒。這麼好的酒店這兩樣大打折扣啊，不能換好點的馬桶和吹風機嗎。洗髮水和沐浴露也是都捨不得定製本酒店專用的，這點就拉下檔次了。還有一個訂房的時候看到有送兩張瑤浴的，其實這已經算錢了的，高級大床和豪華大床區別在送瑤浴，按這兩種房型差價其實已經算了瑤浴的門票。如果是兩人入住可以選豪華大床房，一人入住建議選高級大床房另外再去前台買瑤浴票，不然白白多付一張票錢，這個票是按入住登記的人頭算的憑房卡入瑤浴。

酒店房間不錯，但是温泉不是無線次暢泡，住一晚衹能泡一次，我們下午到達時泡了一會，吃了晚飯本來還打算去泡，告訴我們得買票，應該不是正宗的温泉，是葯浴。池子還挺多的，就是有點小，一個小池子兩三個人合適了，

房間稍微有些陳舊了，服務也不太跟得上，葯浴池估計也是有一定年限了，很多池沒開，但酒店整體環境還可以，有山有水還有球場。

室內室外的泡池數量不少，各類葯浴，酒店位置非常好，依山傍水，房間衞生看着乾淨，但是枕頭有若干微小生物的乾屍。住店要交按金300。掛牌五星，酒店中餐性價比高。
