酒店位於城郊盤王谷，周邊都是山，滿山綠樹，空氣新鮮。但偏離城中心幾公里，白天有交通車進城。房間超大，設施齊全，但裝修年代較久，設施老舊，且佈局設計不甚合理，使用不太方便。中餐廳菜品價錢合理，味道不錯。西餐廳自助早餐有地方特色的油茶，但西式麪包品種較少，味道不怎樣，總的比不上潮曼等酒店的早餐品種多樣，咖啡是沖泡非自磨，味道也不純。早餐收費便貴，5星酒店自助早餐不應這個樣。

酒店座落在一座山谷，一條小河穿酒店而過，環境優美，空氣清新，整晚聽到流水聲。酒店設施有些年頭，酒店提供的瑤浴對住客優惠50元一位，但開放的池不多，工作人員服務態度一般。酒店在客房衹提供2瓶水和2條咖啡，不提供茶包，對不起五星級的標準，差評！

設施老舊，衞生更差，房間居然有蜘蛛網🕸️，服務更加差，我們訂了2個晚上，第2天按照打掃按鈕，怕他們忘記，又打了酒店前台電話，要求打掃衞生更換床單，晚上回來發現床單沒換，真不懂怎麼評的5星酒店，體驗非常差。

不説了，房間很寬敞，風景超級好，遊玩了一天還送雙人瑤浴，性價比拉滿，太舒服了，五星級酒店就是不一樣。

房間一般，家庭旅遊，網絡訂房間的時候沒有特別要求，到酒店後分了一間吸煙房。一進去味道比較刺鼻，後來看酒店介紹才知道有無煙房，服務人員也沒有提供訊息，玩得太累就懶得更換房間，打開陽台門窗通風。可能靠山和通風，晚上房間裏蟲子和飛蛾挺多的。估計下次就不考慮了。

衞生：床品黃黃的，看着很舊還臟兮兮的。
設施：像是特別破舊的酒店隨便翻新了一下做做樣子，很多地毯地磚凳子軟墊等等，都是很臟很舊的。
環境：山裡，濕熱是難免的，但沒想到有那麼多大蟲子和蒼蠅。
服務：房間進了疑似馬蜂的蟲子，請工作人員來清走。工作人員到了之後一邊冷臉站着等我們找蟲，一邊指責我們，説山裡有蟲子是很正常的。如果我們是到山裡露營，那的確應該接受有蟲子，但我們是花錢住店，酒店有義務提供乾淨舒適能讓人安心睡覺的環境。工作人員做分內基礎工作都甩臉子，真是讓人無語。

酒店位置優越，安靜，陽台可以看到山景，樹木鬱鬱葱葱，很舒服，我定了含瑤葯泡浴房，可以在室內和室外泡，非常舒服，爬了山，泡個瑤葯浴，解除了一天的疲憊！體驗感不錯👍
