評價不值4.8，房子是兩棟之間，1樓，2樓窗對牆，很壓抑。格力空調不給力，開到最大都不是很熱。地板是仿的瓷磚，很冷。位置離景區可以，但看不到窗。整體來説不值154元，提前預訂價格高，因為不能取消，建議到了景區後再預訂。推薦有一家133，窗口能看到鼎湖峯

家庭套房可以住四個成人，洗澡熱水很好，離景區跟近，有停車位，老闆人也好。仙都門票衹有鼎湖峯是收費的，小赤壁不收費也不錯。

出門走80m就到鼎湖峯景交站點非常方便！！還有好多家燒餅店和土家菜館，味道很棒！民宿老闆人非常非常好，進仙都車輛都需要報備，老闆可以幫忙聯繫司機車站接送～房間也很乾凈整潔，房間都有房卡很安全，入住非常快速方便～下次來仙都玩還住着

🙋[對於房東，我想説]首先！整個民宿最最值得一提的就是房東大叔特別的好！提前跟我聯繫之後派了車來高鐵站接我們，全程給我們推薦好吃的➕景點遊玩路線什麼的！體驗感特別好～
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]然後民宿位置也很好！就在仙都景區裏面（準確來講就在鼎湖峯景交車站口）可以步行進景區～周邊吃的也很多！
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]民宿也比較乾淨的，沒有潮潮的味道
完全五星好評！！下次還要來！

老闆非常熱情，民宿距離酒店鼎湖峯入口很近 可以方便從鼎湖峯開始遊覽，門口也有很多吃的店，三餐都很方便

民宿位置就在鼎湖峯風景區對面，挺方便的。房東很好，剛開始訂了一個標間，後來一個朋友跟我們一起去的，聯繫房東給留了一間房，看了之後我們選擇了套房，挺好的

地理位置很好，就在景區門口，房子乾淨床單被罩都是非常整潔，我們住的是家庭套房，四代人住的很舒服，房東熱情，回覆及時，東西落下了主動幫忙寄過來！有機會再去！
