環境不錯比較悠閑怡人，服務很好，有泳池是個驚喜。雖然氣温30多度，但這裏的位置風大很舒適，比山下涼快，所以心血來潮從酒店爬到了懸劍山頂，看到了好風景

非常贊，一家人出遊，住在“冬遇”套房，環境乾淨衞生，視野開闊，體驗感決絕子，尤其晚上，涼爽舒適。酒店服務也是非常好的，還可以買到山裡的土雞和黑豬肉，大讚😎😎

住在風景秀麗的大自然裏，有小童樂園設施，酒店環境非常棒！但是酒店房間衞生一般，特別是衞生間沒有掛毛巾的，毛巾上有舊污漬，使用後沒有籃筐，毛巾不知道放哪裡！洗漱用品有點差，一次性拖鞋薄如紙片，有待提高酒店的管理和服務！整體印象五星的環境，三星的配套用品服務.房間內掛了2幅人體藝術作品畫，跟環境完全不搭配，建議換成風景畫）

下水道反味嚴重，整個房間像個廁所。床硬的厲害，像睡在地上…服務跟不上。有小童樂園，算是唯一的亮點了。
