酒店位置很好，交通方便，擁有自己的停車場，房間寬大衞生，設施齊全，環境好，尤其是前台服務工作人員特別熱情，服務周到，有問必答，有求必應，自助早餐品種也很多！

度假村房間環境一般，大家定的時候要看好是度假村，還是酒店。國慶期間，晚上的篝火晚會和煙花很用心，很好看，主持人也很熱情。氣氛很好！

雖然房間在路邊，房間隔音效果很好，酒店晚上很用心安排了煙花秀 很贊，雖然在森林附近，就是希望早餐再温熱一點就好了

距離景區非常近，800米步行十分鐘可達，酒店房間很大，可以帶小寵物，很友好。我第一次住雙床房是兩張1.5米的床！好大，很適合二胎家庭。酒店裡有一天小河直接可以親子戲水，撈魚等！

酒店環境不錯，距離天堂寨景區很近。最好評的是它家的床，由於個人不喜歡軟床，它家的床我就很喜歡，睡起來很舒服，下次再來玩還訂它家。

我外出旅遊選擇住宿酒店的標準是客房是否衞生整潔和出行公共交通是否便捷以及工作人員是否禮貌。御龍酒店出行方便，步行十分鐘可達來回金寨市區和天堂寨鎮的公交站，步行15分鐘可達天堂寨風景區遊客中心。客房設施和寢具衞生整潔。酒店工作人員熱情禮貌。
