幫朋友訂的房間，本來訂個大床的，聽朋友説前台給開了個標間，這都沒什麼，本來開錯了也就算了，後來又被要求換過來重新付款房費，我網上訂的錢由網上扣，憑什麼要付款房費？是你們開錯了房把責任推給客户？

房間和價格成正比吧，普通招待所水準在當地算還可以的了。主要是前台工作人員的態度真是欠她們兩個5萬一人，早晚班的人員態度一致都很差……
