設施：被控電梯裏了，酒店有安全隱患，打應急電話是空號
服務：服務態度特別差，前台對顧客使白眼，好像是天下她最大，誰都管不了她的樣子。可見這個酒店管理差成什麼樣子，大家慎重考慮吧

多次住過的老客户了。之前住的還行，不想這次簡直暴怒到頭。4111房間設施老舊，電視及網絡無法使用，衞生間反味嚴重，空調無法使用，窗户開關壞掉，淋浴水小的可憐。
投訴後，回覆説第二天及時換房，當天免費，因為太晚了，衹能湊乎了。結果是第二天前台服務員把這事根本忘了，一問就説房間先給新來客人了，現在沒房，還有正在打掃房間需等待。太差勁！！！
啥也不説了，退房走人。

位置很好，樓下餐飲一條街，晚上也不吵。
設施一般，顯陳舊，裝修時間不短了。
衞生不錯，服務員每天認真打掃。
服務態度不錯，隨叫隨到，出入主動問好。

不咋樣，一般般，不是很好，開車去的壓根找不到合適的停車位，也不要相信 app 裏説的有停車場或是有免費停車位什麼的，把車停老遠後走上2-3裏回去，圖啥呢麼
