賓館離錦州火車站很近，坐車很方便，地點很好，房間乾淨整潔衞生，布草一客一換，我愛錦州，以後來錦州還會再來的。

房間很破，窗簾上面好幾個大油漬，又破又臟，更奇葩的是洗澡沒有熱水，要自己現燒水，而且還不提供瓶裝水，住了這麼多次酒店每家都提供，衞生間就是兩個小袋裝的洗髮水和沐浴露，這是最差的一次住宿！

酒店在錦州火車站斜對面，位在古塔區，離古塔公園和夜市不遠，交通和地理位置很方便。酒店設備有點老舊，但環境衛生還可以，住起來還可以。

超級超級超級差，特別臟，門沒有防盜鏈！！！沒有電梯，沒有瓶裝水，沒有一次性拖鞋，空調擋風板都沒有，洗漱用品都是打開的，住了一晚上渾身癢起疙瘩，而且離火車站和淩河夜市也不近，就是私人小旅店，和連鎖一點沒關係

此酒店位於繁華市中心，火車站附近。設施一般，有些老舊，性價比不突出。房間內比較安靜，淋浴和馬桶比較陳舊，服務尚可。

有一説一，沒有評論説的那麼差。
是確實設施老舊，床單確實有不起眼的地方有洗不掉的污漬。熱水器得自己插熱水自己燒水洗澡，自動跳閘以後不會保温，想洗澡就得提前燒水。也確實沒有礦泉水，但是酒店樓下自己家賣水超市價其實還挺合算。
熱水壺我沒有需求，一次性用品我自己備了睡袋和馬桶套，所以固定設備埋不埋汰對我來説沒有什麼影響，除了要自己燒水洗澡。
前台值班的人也很正常啊，正常溝通人也是笑臉相迎，我一晚上睡得風平浪靜沒出現要投訴的事所以沒發生糾紛，所以我衹能説沒事的時候一切都很正常。
門上確實沒有防盜鏈差點意思，安全問題差點勁。隔音這塊我自己帶着耳塞，一整晚沒什麼影響。
一次性用品在PDD上買算起來都不到十塊，酒店參與如家集團活動，大床房真的還挺合適的。
有窗有床有獨立衞浴地方還挺大而且有床頭燈，都選擇住便宜酒店了自己精打細算唄，我體驗真的很不戳。

房間環境不錯，周圍吃飯也很方便，距離火車站很近，出行相當方便，過幾天再去錦州依然會選擇這家賓館，相當滿意。
