該賓館離錦州站步行衹需不到10分鐘，房間雖説不太大，但很整潔明亮，床鋪也挺舒適的，衞生間很乾凈。還有賓館的人員都很和藹可親。

設施：挺完善的吧。。。雖然是迷你單人間，但是又私人浴室，還有陽台。。。空調，熱水器，24小時熱水，全都有的。。。
衞生：挺乾淨的哈。。。從衞生間就能看出來，床單被罩啥的也是白白的。。。然後房間裏也沒有什麼異味兒。。。
環境：距離火車站非常近，就是出站口對面的巷子裏，步行五分鐘吧。。。晚上睡覺也不吵，滿安靜的。。。
服務：前台的大姨很熱情，又親切。。。

一進屋就發現桌子上的煙灰缸未清理，還有一瓶別人喝了一半的礦泉水，衞生實在不敢恭維。沐浴露、洗髮露都已空瓶但未更換。不開空調房間非常悶熱。

前台大姐服務態度特別好，一個人來住，大姐幫忙找了各種的設施，性價比超級高，端午節假期價格也很合理，距離火車站非常近，走路五分鐘就能到周圍的吃飯的小店很多，早上下樓旁邊也有早餐房間裏也乾淨衞生，公共衞浴的設施非常全，而且很乾凈，是住過的公共衞浴類型的民宿，最滿意的一家了

總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的#衞生整潔如新，裝修也很新，保養也很到位，看看浴室的把手就知道了，主人家保養的很好，真的很用心，很少有浴室的把手能這樣光亮如新的#服務北方人特有的親切和開朗，有家的感覺#位置交通離錦州站很近，步行五分鐘就到了，出了火車站，正對的小路里，有很大的招牌，很好找#房間設施房間裝修很新，保養的也很好，地面衞生十分的乾淨，比我家的還乾淨，對一個小賓館來説，真的很難得，夫妻倆經營是非常用心的#停車門口有停車位，可以隨意停車，因為是小路，所以基本，隨便停放#WIFI網絡速度很快，#性價比性價比絕對拉滿，寶藏小店，愛了愛了另外隔壁有一家老闆推薦的小炒店，真的價廉物美，他們家的番茄炒蛋麪，強推一波，是真的美味
