非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，細節做的特別到位，很多小細節都能看出來房東特別用心。一次性拖鞋是防滑的，普通拖鞋的鞋底是一塵不染的，如果不是一客一刷洗肯定達不到這種效果。馬桶是有馬桶套的，另外還準備了一次性馬桶套。紙杯是用袋子裝着的，不是直接暴露在空氣中的。洗漱用品用的都是大瓶的不是小袋的那種，而且還有洗面奶。屋裡有投影還有電視，而且都有會員，吃飯需要開燈的時候可以看電視，晚上躺床上了大屏看投影，真是很哇塞。
交通方便，位置好找，指引清晰明瞭，密碼鎖無接觸入入住非常方便。衞生很好，特別乾淨，床品睡着也舒服。總之推薦入住，下次還會選擇這家

輕易不評論，這次留言給店家提提建議。首先房間不錯，入住體驗可以，要不就不評論。在此建議下服務方面細節：1是我所住的公寓，跟平台登記位置不一樣。下訂單後，確實客户加微信了，也發了實際定位。希望下次加完客户微信後，第一句話先強調好，位置有區別，單獨留言告知。這次是出差居住，趕時間還有同事，微信通過後，就沒點開細看位置分享，開車用平台位置導航的，到了才發現不對，又重新導航去的住宿地。
2.服務細節。第二天2點的高鐵，跟客服商量多停留1小時，1點退房。客服直接回復超時即加錢，不滿一小時按照一小時算，簡單商量客服一點解釋餘地沒有。這個體驗感不舒服，不是不認可商家的收費制度，其他酒店起碼會客氣解釋一下，比如房間已經定出去了啊，或者旺季啊，等等。太生硬了，就是收費。其他酒店即使退房，前台這會有寄存以及休息。公寓沒有，可以，我們也不差那一小時，直接生硬的被拒絕，這種入住體驗還是第一次。並且實際退房後，驗房也不是馬上就驗了，寧可空着，也沒考慮維護下客户需求。
本來入住房型挺滿意，跟同事提前交流，以後公司出差就來這家了，因為這個細節，以後會選擇性考慮是否再來。房間不錯，要不然不會提這麼細的建議，這條是提給老闆的

民宿乾淨衞生，房間也很大，帶父母和孩子出來玩住正好，房間內東西齊全，有一次性拖鞋，能看出老闆在用心做民宿～

房間不隔音，一點都不隔音，窗簾也透光，服務態度也次，來錦州住你家就是錯誤的，還偏僻，你要按金我理解，為啥不直接在平台要，幾分鐘就不能退，無語了，也不能開票咋報銷

五一人多，晚上再訂房就沒有合適的房了。取鑰匙過程像密室逃脱，孩子説有趣。東西忘記拿了，還主動聯繫給郵寄了。臨時住一晚挺好。
