為了考研定的房間，房間很大，供暖很好，樓層很高，倆電梯，高峯期可以錯峯；衞生間乾濕分離，還有中央空調，甚至太暖和了，中央空調平時都不怎麼開。還贈了早餐，樓下的自助早餐很豐盛，每天早上都吃的很飽，周圍點外賣也比較方便。離周邊的兩個中學考場都很近。前台可以寄存行李，旁邊還有家燒烤店，考完試就吃燒烤慶祝了。總之，推薦入住。
