酒店位置優越，裝修大氣優雅，設施較好（連衞生間手紙盒都是嵌入式不銹鋼材質）房間衞生非常乾淨，沒有任何異味！早餐供應品類較多且味道很好，工作人員服務很好，比較耐心細緻，非常好的一次體驗！

客房服務人員非常細心周到。每天都會按時打掃房間，並且整理得井井有條。床鋪整理得極為舒適，每一個角落都一塵不染。當我需要額外的洗漱用品和毛巾時，他們能在極短的時間內送達房間。有一次我不小心把衣服弄破了，他們還主動提供了針線包，這種貼心的服務真的讓我非常感動。鳳凰古城也很美哦

來湘西旅遊在這住了一晚，前台服務很貼心，知道我們喜歡安靜還特意給了高層安靜的房間。房間挺乾淨的，看得出經常打掃，床品也乾淨，床墊和枕頭睡着也舒服。停車很方便，不用額外收費。
