很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意床單破損不説半夜居然有老鼠在房間裏亂竄酒店人員還不給退房態度極差

電視屏幕壞的，一次性拖鞋沒有，得自己去拿。被子的被套也是壞的，最不能接受的就是洗澡的熱水像温水一樣？？？？隔音差的要死

裝修還可以，房間沒有水還要自己去拿，沒有熱水老闆説久放，半個小時水都不熱，還有蚊子咬，出差住過兩天再也不會去了.

優點：距離吉首站近，周圍有很多吃飯的地方，還送了夜宵。缺點：房間下水道味道很大，衞生間的燈和排氣功能是一起的，衹要開燈就會有下水道味道😅。熱水温度很低，開水龍頭放了三分鐘涼水之後有一點温度。

房間很乾凈衞生，浴室環境很喜歡，廁所無異味。就是浴室裏麪沒有放衣服的地方，那個曉天鵝管家有點雞肋，它連不上網，一直是離線狀態
