衞生，牆上全是痕跡，廁所地磚邊上還有青苔，房間裏面空調吹了一晚上都沒有熱，而且一直響，開着空調一直響，一晚上吵**，就因為是特價房就沒有空調嗎，後來問了他們標間的，空調也是一樣，聲音賊大，一點不熱，當然，這些我都無所謂，最主要是這酒店工作人員的態度，我想請問一下您這麼有錢您還來酒店上班呢？前台有兩個女的，有一個很不錯，另外那個服務態度真的是大無語事件，你們打電話的時候能別開免提嗎，生怕人家聽不到？該説什麼怎麼不**呢，我第一次遇到這種酒店，以後也不會去了，真的真的特別服！！！！！！！

衞生衹有一般，服務態度極差，之前有一晚上忘了物品在房間，打電話至前台，就是不給你拿，口氣生硬的很，後來與平台溝通才得以解決，當後面去最物順便再訂一晚時，無故被服務員數落一通，一付愛住不住，愛理不理的樣子，完全沒有賓至如歸的感覺，至於房間裏的物品如被子都是老舊的，順至還有些破洞，體驗到再也不去住了

空調都是壞的，基本都不製冷，下午4點去的，出去了一趟，6點多回來的，空調製冷效果可垃圾，基本可以忽略不計，找前台，前台説昨晚還有人住，讓保安過去看，保安開了好像是強勁的模式，勉強有點風吧，也換不了房間，也退不了房，衹能將就一晚。和同事一起的，有點小尷尬，自己貪圖便宜訂的房子，晚上開了一夜空調，到早上也不涼，正常的空調開幾分鐘就能感到涼風，這個空調真的太垃圾了，這個價位，整體環境也就那樣吧，主要還是空調基本不製冷，希望老闆看後能更換下空調，這個空調估計用了不下於10年了吧，也不省電，還不製冷。真心是在外面的20天裏最差勁的空調了。本人本身耐熱怕冷，可昨天晚上那樣的條件下開着空調還出了一身汗。除了空調，其他很滿意
