Hotel is aged. Location is fine, close to train station. Room is clean, but public area like elevator is not. Room AC is completely broken, cannot adjust temperature, either it's super hot, or super cold. Front desk did offer room change, but we have luggages open, didn't want to move again. This room should not have anyone staying until AC is fixed.

It's not far from Jiujiang Railway Station, about 8 minutes' walk, and it's easy to find on the side of the road. The laundry room, gym and restaurant are all on the 20th floor. The services are very good and the breakfast is delicious. Because the floor is very high, the sound insulation effect is particularly good, the room is also very clean, and there is a shared motorcycle parking area at the door. 第一次來九江，在這裏住了兩天，酒店無論是環境設施、早餐都比較好，包括從上到下的所有工作人員的服務都給人賓至如歸的感覺。尤其要表揚一下前台為我辦入住的張姓小姐姐，入住的時候很忙，問了她很多問題，但是每一件她都處理的不慌不忙，井井有條，離店當天下樓的時候還看到她蹲着為一位顧客連wifi，可以看得出來是一個很棒的人。

距離九江站1公里。打車10元，酒店給報銷車費。1間房送4瓶水，2隻🍊。洗漱用品都是桔子味的。小度+智能馬桶+感應燈，很現代化。

房間雖然很乾凈，但是前台服務質量差到離譜，聽不懂人話。每一個顧客都幾乎被逼急了才能好聲好氣，辦理入住效率超級無敵爛，而且給別人增添不必要的麻煩。到前台辦理入住告訴我沒房住不了，在我提供訂單之後又追着我問住多久。説了不需要加錢註冊弄優惠券，還是在不經同意的情況下莫名其妙拿我同行人的手機號註冊華住會會員，美名其曰幫我領個券，在我明確表達不需要且有些不耐煩後又搪塞了一句“幫個忙吧”之後自顧自地搗鼓，直到嘗試多次發現註冊不了才罷休。如果員工培訓做不好就不要開酒店，還是連鎖酒店，前台就這種態度，搞得所有人都不高興。我住過的華住會酒店也不少了，桔子也很多，這一家簡直是我住過的所有酒店裡前台能力最差的。
