Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Hotel location is very strategic; it is located in between jiuzhaigou sceneric area and Pengfeng Village. On its right side is Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area entrance (max 10 mins walk) and on its left side Pengfeng Village (600 m away). For those who are unware, Pengfeng Village is the dropping point of Jiuyue bus service that drove passengers from Jiuzhaigou Railway station to Jiuzhaigou Sceneric Area. The room itself is spacious, warm, with good setting of hot-cold water. The hotel can also help to arrange back-forth transportation going to Huanglong Park & Songpan; and connects guests with private sharing mini van service for a more relax - comfortable trip back to the railway station. The cons for staying in the hotel , however, were : 1. My room wasn't cleaned properly for consecutively 2 nights out of 4 nights of staying. 2. Few front desk officers communication skills need an upgrade, esp when talking to foreign guests. A clearer & more transparent communication from front desk will be appreciated to avoid potential unpleasant miss-understandings. 3. One of the paid car drivers, which hotel connects me with for return trip from Huanglong Park, tries to violate time agreement I had with front desk hotel, which ending upsets me. Later though,, when I addressed my complaints directly to the hotel, they stepped up and quickly addressed the issues; both to room division & car service companies. And (together with the new driver), tried to make the rest of my stay & trip back to railway station as comfortable as possible. Just like what any IHSG group hotels would do. I have always prefered IHSG group hotel. And hence, though my issues were taken care of, I still think it was unfortunate to have gone through such experiences with a big brand. I also hope hotel can prevent the same issues from happening to other guests onwards. Because aside from those issues, the hotel is a good choice of staying.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

For self-driving and family travel, the hotel should be the best choice for Jiuzhaigou. Although it is at a disadvantage in terms of distance and convenience compared to the hotels at the entrance of the valley, as a traditional luxury brand, it is quite guaranteed in terms of hardware, products and service levels, and can provide extra surprises. Sufficient space makes the whole experience very good. Special thanks to the housekeeper Lisa, who is enthusiastic in service and responds promptly!

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. The reasons for recommendation are as follows: ⚓️🎢Location & Tour It is a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, so we booked this hotel after visiting Jiuzhaigou. After all, it is still a little far from the entrance of the valley... The hotel is in Huamei Shengdi Scenic Area, so we arranged a tour of Zhongchagou the next day. The experience can be rated full marks💯 🏔️🏯Environment & Facilities The design of Hotel Indigo is a highlight. I have been to Hotel Indigo in Shanghai before and it has a strong sense of design. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

The first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.

It couldn't be better. The room is very big and the facilities are very good. It's best to stay in a mountain view room. You can see the mountain from the balcony and the sunrise on a sunny day. All aspects of the hotel are very good. It is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi just outside. The bus that picks up from the high-speed rail station also has a separate stop here, so it is very easy to determine the boarding and alighting points.
