But I felt compelled to write this positive review because, beyond the excellent service, cleanliness, and environment, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the staff's help. Around 1 AM, my child developed a fever of 39 degrees Celsius. Perhaps the noise we made when leaving was a bit loud, because a staff member came to check on us. After learning about the situation, they didn't hesitate, urging us to hurry. They drove us to the hospital in their own car, and once there, reminded us again to call the hotel if we couldn't find a taxi. At 3 AM, they came back to pick us up. Honestly, I felt quite embarrassed. Nowadays, when people travel, they often compare three different options, and after looking at so many, everything starts to feel the same, making it difficult to choose. Compared to standardized service, genuine human kindness truly makes you feel more at ease and reassured.
