Family-friendly Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

Because it was renovated, the room was very nice, and the service was at the level of an international hotel, very thoughtful. The food at Shunxing Teahouse was very special, and there was also dancing. Afternoon tea and hot springs were also provided, which was a great experience. On the first day, in order to be close to Jiuzhaigou, I stayed at Tianyuan Howard Johnson, which was hard to describe, and was a world of difference from InterContinental. If I had known that staying for two consecutive days at InterContinental would have offered a lot of discounts.

The most expensive hotel in this National Day trip to Chengdu, but still a treasure hotel that is worth the money. This hotel is also adapted to local conditions. The design theme is the sacred eagle culture of the ******* area. Building 2 is arranged, a little distance from the lobby, but you can only switch from the 2nd floor, and you are lost when you walk to the 1st floor 2. The hotel restaurant displays cultural and creative products for sale. Although they are beautiful, I have no desire to buy them. A bag costs more than 100 yuan, which feels like a robbery.

The first time I traveled far away, I chose Hilton Garden Inn when I came to Jiuzhaigou. Because it is the peak season for traveling in Jiuzhaigou, the express hotels close to the scenic spot are close to 1,000 yuan per night, and the conditions are naturally incomparable to Hilton. As soon as I registered at the front desk, I got a room upgrade. Because I had a little altitude sickness before, I was afraid that I would be uncomfortable. The lobby manager also gave me a can of oxygen. It was really thoughtful 😘 The service staff was small and would ask about my accommodation requirements in advance. It was really pleasant to communicate! The upgraded one-bedroom and one-living room room made me feel relaxed and happy when I entered the door. A full-length mirror and a stereo, plus a separate cloakroom, and a separate washroom. It really makes people feel clean and comfortable, and the joy of traveling is doubled 😁 The breakfast is complete, and friends from the north and south can find their favorite food. In addition, Hilton also has a free shuttle bus to and from Jiuzhaigou, which varies in different seasons. This can save dozens of taxi fees. If you want to eat local food, there are several good restaurants near the hotel. It is up to you to choose, and basically all the dishes are large. The friends I met in Jiuzhaigou were all warm and friendly. The scenery was beautiful and the people were simple. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I will still choose to stay here.

All aspects of the hotel are very good. It is very convenient to go to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. You can take a taxi just outside. The bus that picks up from the high-speed rail station also has a separate stop here, so it is very easy to determine the boarding and alighting points. The hotel staff are also very good, especially Sister Xiao Yang, who is very gentle and has a good attitude. The hotel breakfast is also very good, and the rice noodles are delicious hahahaha. Friends who come to Jiuzhaigou to play, this hotel is worth considering!

Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Super satisfactory accommodation. The environment is clean and tidy. The most important thing is that the staff are super super nice. The view from the room really needs no further explanation. The first sight when I woke up in the morning was a shocking view. I thought that because it was relatively remote, the facilities would be worrying, but it was unexpectedly complete! The room was warm and the hot water would not be hot and cold.
