Location is very good and the room is spacious and clean. Love the view of the garden and the mountain at the back. Getting to JZG entrance is just a 3 - 5 mins taxi ride from the hotel and it cost about 4 yuan per person. The hotel lobby is nice and the breakfast selection is also very good. I would stay here again in the future. The staff are pleasant especially the “bigger size” lady who gave very good service but I didn’t get to know her name. Overall a good place to stay.

Travelling to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu now is such a breeze, with the high speed rail that goes direct to Huanglong Jiuzhai. A direct bus then connects and takes us straight to the scenic area. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. Grand Rezen enjoys a fantastic location, being close to all the restaurants which are near to entrance of scenic area/ entrance of national park. About a 20min walk to the park, the hotel helps to arrange transport into the park in the mornings, if needed. Very clean and new-looking, and rooms come with heated beds, perfect for the current cold winter climate. Buffet breakfast serves a decent selection. Hotel staff are very helpful, and our 管家小韩 made sure to check in on us everyday, to see how our day went and to ensure we get any help that we might need. All in all a very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend.

Close to lots of restaurants and shops. 20min walk to park entrance or 4rmb for a car ride (only starts around 845am though). Clean and spacious rooms. Great buffet options

Beautiful place with clean environment. friendly and very helpful staff. Great Variety of food for morning buffet. The location is close to everything. the room is huge , very comfy bed, highly recommended and will come back again

A newly built hotel. The hotel is clean and cosy. The room comes with heated pad beds which make us feel warm during a cold winter. The hotel will assign a personal bulter to each room to take care of our needs. Thank you 小航 for the service. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.
The hotel is situated not too far from Jiuzhaigou National Park.

Great value for money! The room was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied with my stay. One minor note: the laundry facilities are conveniently available, but located outside the hotel, near the kitchen area.

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)
