Hotel is good location and easy to reach jiuzhaigou. Nearby a lots of restaurant. Hotel services is excellent. I would like to give 小韩 for 5 star services. 小韩 is caters every guest's need with warm and genuine smile. We feels like stay here right at home and stress free stay.

It was a pleasant stay and eateries are just round the corner. Also have a personal butler attached to you and ours is 小韩, who updated us with daily info and ensured our requests are met. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended to stay here if you are going to Jiuzhaigou:)

Second time staying in the resort.
Same great experience, hotel staffs are amazing,they welcome you right after you enter the hotel lobby with a great smile and friendly attitude.
They do have this 小管家- 小谭. A very helpful young guy, even send us to our room doorstep.
Will definitely stay again looking at its convenient location. Restaurants are just beside, and it is very near to the JiuZhaiGou Scenic spot.

Check-in was smooth and easy. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our butler, Mr. Xiao Han, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit in Jiuzhaigou National Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
Overall, we had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near to the entrance of jiuzhaigou scenic area. Friendly service. Hotel rooms are clean, and breakfast is great! You can ask the concierge to arrange for transport to the entrance of jiuzhaigou at 4 RMB each person.

Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort is a fantastic choice for a mountain getaway. The hotel is centrally located, just a short distance from Jiuzhaigou Park entrance and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and markets. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the essential amenities provided. A special thanks to 小李 at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and professional—she even arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
