Family-run hotel with a kind and friendly boss providing excellent value for money, though disposable towels are provided instead of real ones. Although no fault of the ownership, the bathroom floods due to uneven flooring (inept workmanship). What could definitely be improved is the consistency of housekeeping (needed to be requested) and the cleaning standard (dusty floors), otherwise we had a comfortable stay in an air-conditioned room with mountain views.

The store is managed by a couple, both of them are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. We went there on May 1st but the traffic was too congested and they couldn't pick us up, but they paid for our taxi fare so we could take a taxi back 😂 They also let us wear special costumes for taking photos without charge. I had a little altitude sickness when I was resting at night, so the manager gave us two oxygen cylinders but he didn't accept them even though we wanted to pay for them.
