房間很新，景觀很好，推窗見山，衞生很乾凈，早餐很豐富，第2天早上有公交車統一送遊客去景區入口。沒有遇到評論區説的一些問題，感覺老闆還是很用心做民宿的。

衞生：床單可能都不換 床單上一大片污漬 睡前發現還有小蟲子 搞的身上很癢 餐廳蒼蠅亂飛
環境：以為是2025年新開業 但是照設施破舊程度應該是前一個店倒閉後接手的
服務：反饋衞生問題後沒有得到酒店方的道歉 反正老闆以為也是一回頭生意咯

希望老闆不要再掛羊頭賣狗肉，圖片看的是圖一的環境，辦理入住後，直接把你帶到旁邊這座又矮又破的房子裏面，哪裡是酒店，就是一個招待所，哪裡值500多，洗簌用品比不上招待所，環境更別提了，希望大家不要上當。

剛進房間就拍死了一衹大蛾子還有兩衹特大號的蒼蠅！還有其他小飛蟲拍不到！
選這家酒店是看到他們2025年才開業的，想着應該比較新，衞生能好些！可這根本是未完工啊！門框上還露着水泥溝沒封上，浴室花撒桿下方一根特長的尖釘子頭！
房間沒有電話，要找客房服務就得下樓去找前台….
就這條件你們還敢開價450元？真坑啊！

設施：有問題，體驗感不好，是本次行程最差體驗感，高鐵到九寨溝，轉大巴到酒店附近，酒店免費過來接，等待超過30分鐘（3公里路），後來司機解釋説同事出了點事，但期間酒店沒人與我聯繫

雖然稍微偏一點，但是老闆都安排車接車送，老闆人很好。還免費給升級親子房。前台小姐姐很好，給切了西瓜吃，門口有一條河，晚上在外面很愜意。離九寨溝也不遠，晚上住這裏，早上直接去玩。

房間裏面還可以，床品都比較乾淨。一樓大廳也不錯，老闆不停的詢問大家有啥需求。但是不知道為什麼上樓以後，發現四樓樓道里特別臟，滿地都是垃圾，還有煙頭，小童遊樂場已經壞了，滑滑梯已經掉了，但沒有維修，滿地垃圾，晚上也不會有人打掃，健身房也很臟亂。我專門到三樓也看了一下，樓道同樣也很臟。希望酒店能改善一下衞生問題。
