SFEEL Designer Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center)

Checked in the night before and headed to Jiuzhaigou early the next morning. Left my luggage at the front desk. The lady at reception was very nice and even helped me with my bags when I left. The only downsides were the small room and that some of the cleaning details could have been better.

The hotel's location is superb, right on the edge of the street, close to scenic spots and parking. The views downstairs are beautiful, and there's a great variety of food available. The front desk lady had excellent service, though the soundproofing wasn't great, which is a common issue with most hotels.

The location is fantastic! Our room had a view of the Baishui River, and downstairs there are several restaurants and convenience stores. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area entrance. The room facilities are excellent: it's spacious, equipped with a smart assistant (Xiaodu), and has a separate shower and toilet. Plus, there's a skylight in the ceiling! The air conditioning was very cool and strong. The front desk service was also great; they called us on the day of check-in to confirm and tell us where to park, and then gave us a Jiuzhaigou tourist map when we arrived. On the first floor, they have washing machines and dryers, and they even fold your laundry for you. I highly recommend this place!

The room was clean and tidy, and it was quiet at night. The most impressive part was the beautiful view outside the floor-to-ceiling window – a lovely light blue river.

Extended my stay! The original room was booked, so I moved to a tatami room. It was clean and the windows were very soundproof, but I still prefer the king-size bed room, haha. Next time, I'll have to extend my stay earlier!

I was supposed to have a leisurely, relaxed trip, but now I'm rushing and scrambling! This hotel is right by the entrance to Jiuzhaigou, with a street full of snacks just outside. There's a bus stop a minute's walk away that takes you straight to the park entrance, which is super convenient.

The environment is great, and the staff are very helpful. Just a heads-up, the dryer takes about two to three hours, so if you're only staying for a day trip, it's best to take your clothes with you.

The room environment was fantastic, with a river view right outside the window. Very comfortable! It's also very close to the GNC (National University of Singapore?) parking lot, which makes getting to Jiuzhaigou very convenient. The service was excellent, and the two restaurants they recommended were both delicious!

Stunning views and delicious food, a true home away from home. This place felt like a secluded paradise, a hidden gem. I was amazed upon arrival and felt a pang of sadness when leaving, not just for the beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou, but also for this thoughtfully crafted retreat.
