We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

非常棒的民宿，離九寨溝很近，早上有車直接送至景區門口，早餐非常不錯，有多種套餐可選，還有自助早餐可以隨便享用，服務非常好，院子裏有温泉池可以泡，下次還會入住！

這家民宿是真實的寵物友好，全程工作人員沒有任何歧視，也沒有隱性消費！房間很乾凈，軟飲也很不錯，還送了水果給我們！其中有個前台的小姐姐，微信叫做檸檬加醋的，因為我們提前到達了酒店，照理應該12點才能辦理入住，為了不耽誤行程，給我們升級了房型讓我們提前入住了，真的很感激她！！希望老闆可以看到給她升職加薪！！！酒店額外還提供護手霜，洗臉巾，卸粧油這些，對女性真的很友好了！！喜歡這裏！！大家放心沖！！

Clean and beautifully decorated hotel with thoughtful touches everywhere - in the disposable toilet seat covers, face and body towels, well-stocked minibar, bathroom and bedroom slippers. Breakfast was a semi-buffet concept with 4 pre-determined set meals to choose from, each delicious and healthy. Service was efficient and warm. We appreciated their help with moving the luggage up to our room, which was on a mezzanine level. Thank you for the lovely experience!

房間非常乾淨温馨，在景區已經是非常難得的選擇，在黃龍歸來後住了一晚，泡了温泉，恢復了一下體力，第二天奔馳商務車送到景區門口，服務人員非常認真細緻，給這次行程提供不少幫助，酒店的咖啡很有特色，風味獨特！
