Perfect location - a 5 minute walk to the entrance and next to the bus station to get a bus to and from the train station. I do wish the hotel was a bit more communicative about how to get to the hotel (you can just get on one of the many coaches and then pay using Alipay/We-Pay) and that staff would use translation apps to communicate in English. Having said that the room was fab, and the hotel was extremely responsive via message on trip.com - thank you for a wonderful stay!

酒店是新酒店，各種設施都非常新，服務人員也很熱情，早餐也很好吃，位置離九寨溝景區非常近，步行十分鐘即可到達，早上不用趕早排隊，在酒店吃過早飯以後慢慢往景區走着，逛完景區出來打不到車，前台T冒着寒風幫我們打車降價，簡直感動，下回等天氣好的時候再來還住這個酒店

首先，要感謝前台的所有工作人員，他們耐心、周到，且站在客户角度為我們解答和建議，讓出行在陌生城市的我，有種回家的感覺。
當然要説的，還有他們的早餐，非常好，還有免費的夜宵，小甜點，都是非常有規格的。
前台的女生T（微信名），幫我找拼車的司機，解決了在下午去黃龍的問題。非常感謝。
總之，再來，景區外的酒店仍會選擇這裏，因為服務太用心了。
對了，距離景區檢票口確實不算遠。走個10分鐘就到了。

位置：非常優越，10分鐘步行到景區，離國大停車場和九寨溝溝口客運站都很近，樓下就是邊邊街吃飯也方便。
房間：不太大，尤其家庭房，勝在設施新，衞生也尚可，靠路邊的房間略吵，晚上需關窗，暖氣還是比較足，不冷。
服務：服務和房費不匹配，有較大進步空間。但是酒店有泡好的茶水、下午茶點，雖然量不多也挺好的 。早餐用餐的餐廳比較侷促，但味道尚可。

位置非常好，在溝口，旁邊有新開的瑞幸，旁邊有小吃街，坐車到國會停車場，走到漫心十來分鐘，然後從酒店出發去景點也就十來分鐘。非常的滿意。
早餐就是普通早餐，但是我喝到了藏地的沙棘汁，哈哈～

比較新的酒店，各方面都十分的温馨！停車方便，去九寨溝就幾分鐘的步行距離。工作人員很熱情。駕車n小時後到達，前台幫我們做了咖啡又送了我們第二天的早餐。房間隔音好，很安靜。設施齊全，小冰箱裏的飲料也是免費的。非常推薦來九寨溝的朋友們來住！

昨天到的比較晚，前台接待的兄弟直接免費給我們升了個房，看我們沒買早餐還直接送我們免費早餐，中間還一直給我們囑咐在溝裏的各種旅遊事項和身體不適的應對辦法，服務態度超級超級好。客房裡麪非常乾淨整潔，水龍頭和浴室的金屬枱子都被擦的一乾二淨一點水漬都沒有，綜合可以説是今年酒店最佳入住體驗，下次來九寨溝還住這
