這家洲際滿臉都寫着“下次再來九寨溝千萬別住我家”！！！千萬別住九寨溝洲際的理由如下：一、此酒店白天不開空調，空調吹出來的衹有冷風，吹了半天我打電話去詢問才告訴我説白天不供應空調，那麼辦理入住的時候前台為什麼不先説一下呢，這麼冷的地方，壁爐也是個裝飾品沒有一點温度的。二、酒店的洗漱用品被閹割了，給的是連鄉鎮旅館都不會先用的三無產品，太惡劣了，一千多一晚的價格，你連個像樣的洗漱用品都捨不得給。3、酒店的下水道反臭相當的臭，並且房間內沒有浴缸。4、服務極差，前台辦理完入住什麼都不會介紹，包括酒店的結構，各項設施的位置，有些什麼活動，啥都不説。在房間內打電話要一些必需品，酒店送達時間平均在五個小時以上並且還是在至少打三次電話催促以後才會送來。九寨溝那麼多酒店可選，這家酒店位置也尷尬，啥都不好，完全沒必要。

環境很好在原始森林裏，窗外景色優美，非常的安靜，建築很有藏族特色。前台服務非常好，入住前主聯繫客人，耐心細緻地解決客人的問題，看得出他們都在努力提供完美的服務讓客人滿意，房間打掃乾淨，傢俱有些藏族元素，房間很大，窗外風景很美，所以又續住了一晚。早餐是夠五星標準的式樣，但是人實在是太多了，早餐好像大學食堂排隊等位體驗不是很好。房間送餐可選擇的樣式太少。中餐廳口味一般價格虛高，森林周邊也沒有其他的餐廳店家，所以很不方便。建議酒店能不能豐富一下餐飲內容，提升一下餐飲服務。總體上還是不錯的，下次來九寨我還是會選擇九寨天堂。

九寨溝遊覽雖然陰天，但選對酒店比什麼都重要；管家Lucas行前就提供了遊覽攻略，不去景區還可在酒店旁邊森林徒步，各種小蘑菇氂牛小馬樂趣十足，附近還有個甘海子景區霧氣繚繞猶如仙境；酒店本身也是值得探索，幽居森林一隅，大堂霸氣磅礴且有個展廳很好的展示了藏族文化，十分用心；房間乾淨整潔，站在小陽台深呼吸，空氣清新至極，聽Lucas小哥説這裏夏天極為涼爽，日後一定再來體驗

設施：非常的完備，地暖空調熱水等等應有盡有。
衞生：每天及時打掃，整體環境非常的整潔。
環境：酒店本身就是一個景點，藏式風格，適合拍照打卡，還有小朋友喜歡的動物娛樂場所。酒店坐落在原始森林中。作為洲際老會員，又是連住，Dracula主動為我升級的山景房，開窗就是紅葉，美到爆！
服務：服務人員熱情主動周到，有迷你吧，歡迎水果，行程安排得妥妥帖帖。離店後Lisa主動回訪。唯一遺憾的是，迷你吧中送的啤酒和沙棘飲料擺在桌子上還沒喝呢就被好心的阿姨收走了，大概是怕我喝了高反吧。
另外就是交通的確不方便，第一天酒店主動派了車來接我們，我在攜程上租了車第二天早上送到酒店，然後自駕遊，最後車在松潘站還給車行。自駕的優點是，沿途可以隨時停下來看美景！

酒店像一個巨大的温室，進入大堂後就温暖多了，還有天浴温泉，有什麼比得上冷天泡温泉呢，特別感謝Yolanda，早上走的匆忙忘記退房了，Yolanda幫忙很好的解決了。
