we spent one night here before heading to Jiuzhaigou, the hotel staff quiet rude and not willing if you enquire something. She talk like shouting all the time. Understand that she might tired but as least she should have service mind and do not shouting to us like that. We are booked this hotel because out local agent advised but end up with disappointed service from staff. Hotel location quiet closed to Scenic Area. Hotel breakfast have limited choices to choose.

Our second time in this hotel 😄👌 Only 10 minutes away from Jiuzhaigou valley scenic area, you can book he room with transportation to and from the valley. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are clean and comfortable, you can't hear any noise from the road once you're in the room. Breakfast is Chinese cuisine, you can also find bread, butter and coffee 😋🍞🍳. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, dealing very efficiently with foreign passports.
