設施設備都很老舊，跟不上，泳池和SPA都荒廢了，衞生差，套餐裏含的兩份晚安點心也沒給，水果也是壞的，沒檢查就送過來了，衹能説靠自然環境和服務勉強能住吧

設施：硬件沒問題，除了沒有智能馬桶有點冰屁股以外…
衞生：一般，尤其出現了好幾次插曲，也不這裏揭短了。後續大堂經理處理得還可以的
環境：遠山霧景很美，很出片。但確實開車山路蠻遠的，老司機還是值得。
服務：確實人蠻少的，出了幾次插曲。住過很多豪華，這個確實性價比高，但確實服務上有些差距

前段時間囤了張酒店券，想着國慶跟朋友玩出來用了，國慶期間加價500，想着還是比較划算，進門時候歡迎很熱情，因為有行李箱和背包明確告知用行李車幫我們拿上去，也沒有拿，進房間後發現馬桶上有水漬，自己擦了，洗手盆旁邊全部都是水漬，因為有贈送的木桶泡腳，叫了之後一個多小時沒有送上來，再次電話催促後才送過來，前台説有贈送旅拍，攝影師會聯繫我們，到退房也沒有聯繫過，對酒店的內部徒步路線很感興趣，出發前詢問大堂工作人員，為我們指錯路，最後根據小紅書上面的指引才重新找到正確路線，但是唯一滿分的就是環境，很美，很治癒。
