Nice hotel with a pleasant view. There is also campfire event at night too!! Very near to Jiu Zhai Gou entrance as well, you can just take a Didi and reach in 10-15 mins👍🏻

酒店位置很好，山景優美，周邊配套齊全，離景區來去也很方便。中餐廳味道超好吃，有河鮮，品質一流。管家vivian幫忙升級了房型，還有出行建議等，解決了很多之前的擔憂，謝謝Vivian！

到了酒店，門口的工作人員服務態度也都很好。前台vivian 給我們升級到了套房。套房view 也不錯。的早餐也很不錯。酒店推薦的附近的一家氂牛火鍋也很好吃。非常不錯的體驗。

房間風景不錯，周邊設施完善吃飯方便，Vivian服務很細緻，離開時六點已經安排好了早餐帶在路上吃，很貼心。酒店房間唯一需注意的是外衞有點返臭，需要改善。

地理位置鬧中取靜 ，入住三樓套房，房間很大，窗外風景非常美，酒店服務非常好，每個員工都很友善，需要的東西都是閃送。酒店早晚的自助餐都很不錯，還有星巴克可以選擇。
唯一遇到的問題是，酒店已經預設到入住套房的大多是家庭為主，所以貼心的準備好了三套洗漱用品和拖鞋，但是床衹有一張一米八，帶小童無法一起睡，衹能加床。但是加床墊不舒服。隨後跟酒店反應，酒店處理方式非常及時和妥善，讓我們很滿意，在此特別感謝兩位前台經理（一男一女，走的太急忘記問名字）。也希望以後酒店能夠在此方面有所改善，既然已經想到入住套房的大多是家庭，那就最好能準備一張小型梳化床。如果需要收取加床費也是可以，但床墊要舒服一點，不要因此影響整個入住體驗。
酒店有贈送旅拍，三張免費，化粧師和攝影師都很專業友善，我們趕時間所以他們在兩個小時內搞定，拍的照片也非常滿意，後來選了一個套餐帶回家，推薦給有時間的朋友去拍。

和父母來九寨溝旅行，選擇了魯能希爾頓度假，是很滿意的一次入住體驗。房間寬敞整潔，景觀很好，可以看到晨霧繚繞。早餐種類豐富，有特色酸奶和酥油茶，西式烘培糕點也很不錯。感謝前台小姐姐Vivian的耐心熱情服務，還貼心為我們準備了一次性泡澡袋和浴鹽解除疲乏，好評～

以為房間設施會比較舊，結果超出期待。給的房間景觀不太好，送了小童早餐算是彌補了。服務周到，工作人員都會熱情打招呼，早餐和酒店的麥中餐廳都很好吃。離九寨景區打車大概20分鐘，還比較方便。
