It should be at the junction of the old and new cities, about two kilometers away from the most lively place in the old county town. There are many foods there. It was snowing in Jiuzhaigou when I came. The air conditioner in the room was really hot. The front desk service was also very good. The hotel has a small parking lot. When we came in the off-season, the parking lot was full. The only small drawback is that the hot water for taking a shower is very slow. There was no hot water at the beginning, and it took almost 20 minutes to get hot water. But I seem to have heard that this is the case here.

Service: To be honest... I took my wife to travel around China🇨🇳 and stayed in so many hotels, all of which were chosen based on Ctrip ratings! I chose this hotel specifically because Ctrip marked it with 4 stars and the rating was also very high! But I have never seen breakfast service so bad! ! ! When other guests asked questions, the aunt looked impatient and refused to answer...and bossed the guests around! I even muttered in private... Although it was not directed at me, it made me feel very bad! The bowl for breakfast was very small...my mother asked her for a slightly larger bowl to put the porridge in...but she even looked down on her! What does this mean? ? I paid for the services of a 4-star hotel just to be pissed off? I told the front desk about this problem that night! The result was the same the next morning. I saw them again looking impatient with the customer's request... I don't know how your customer service handled it! The front desk clerk and duty manager still provide very good service. Although the parking lot man is a bit rude... he is also very responsible!

The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good and the living environment is good.

I am so satisfied! The environment is super good and the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. The yak beef soup pot recommended to us is also delicious.

The room was comfortable, but it took more than 10 minutes for hot water to appear, which was a bit bothersome. The staff at the counter were very polite and helpful in recommending a taxi to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. It cost $20 per person.

I brought my family to Jiuzhaigou and stayed at Yishang Hotel. The hotel service was very good, the sanitation was very clean, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic, and parking was convenient.
