沒買到高鐵票回成都臨時訂的酒店，沒想到這老闆服務周到，十分熱情、熱心幫忙解決問題。也就過一宿的事也沒注意太多，反正乾淨衞生就行。一次性的東西準備妥當，每個床上都有電熱毯還有大花毯子。總的來説，印象深刻，如果下次還過來九寨溝還是會選擇這家。

房間還算大，但是空調完全不制熱，而且我們那天到了很晚了，前台沒人，打了電話老闆才進來，進去房間門直接開着，沒有任何洗漱用品，包括床頭的插頭也是松的，國慶期間這個價格真的不配好吧。當然了第二天早上送我們去景區這個服務還是沒話説的。對事不對人。
