A very abstract experience. There were melon seed shells on the floor that were not swept clean, there were spots on the sofa, the trash can was cleaned up and put in two halves without a trash bag, and those who didn't know would think they were given an extra one. The air conditioner in the room was only enough to blow one and a half beds. The TV remote control was only given after asking. The drain in the shower room was not unblocked, and the door could not be closed. After taking a shower, the inside and outside were flooded. There was no heating in winter and it was extremely cold. The light outside the window kept flickering, and the service staff came to draw the curtains and that was it. Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with friends, I saw this hotel had high reviews on Ctrip and a nice environment, so I booked a triple room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It was highly praised!
