Hotels in Longkang, Jiuzhaigou

A very new modern hotel in the Longkang community only about 4 km east of Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park entrance. Room was spotless and clean with all amenities. A great restaurant servicing wonderful breakfast and dinner, even though there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. Hotel has free shuttle service to the National Park. But best of all, we met Ms Zhang,, 小张管家. One of the best hotel receptionist who helped us arrange everything. She was like a personal manager who arranged transportation to Huanglong National Park for us, show tickets and the best advice on getting to various places. Ms Zhang made our stay so pleasant and comfortable that we would certainly recommend others to stay at this hotel. She deserves a five star from us for our unforgettable experience. Our advice for those visiting this area is to arrive a day before to settle and acclimatise before spending 2 days at Jiuzhaigou Valley National Park, then leave on day 4 early in the morning to spend 0.5 - 1 day at Huanglong National Park to see the unique coloured pools or terraces before heading back to Chengdu on HSR in the evening or stay at Huanglong overnight and head back the next day. At Huanglong buy the cable car ticket up then head to the five colour ponds then walk the 4 km trek back down to see the endless number of amazing ponds and cascades along the way back to the entrance.

The room was incredibly spacious, with all facilities feeling brand new and completely odor-free. I appreciated the wet/dry separation in the bathroom and the comfortable bed. They even provided complimentary disposable bath and face towels, and there was a huge projector screen, which was a nice touch. My only minor complaint is the absence of a refrigerator. Cleanliness was generally excellent; everything felt new and spotless. However, the white fabric sofa tends to get dirty easily, which I hope they'll address. The surrounding area offers convenience stores and breakfast spots, yet it's surprisingly quiet. I had a peaceful night's sleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. A big thumbs up to the shuttle driver! The front desk staff was also incredibly polite and attentive. They even offered hot bottled water in the morning, which was a truly thoughtful and warm gesture.

A hidden gem of a trip! This inn is, in my opinion, the most beautiful. First, let's talk about the appearance. It truly lives up to the description of ”the most beautiful in the area.” From the small greenery at the entrance to the soft furnishings in the lobby, there's no cookie-cutter, internet-famous look, but rather a delicate and thoughtful touch. Even the small ornaments in the corners are thoughtfully crafted, making any photo look stunning without any retouching. The scenery and surroundings also didn't disappoint. Opening the window reveals the distant mountain vista, and sitting in the courtyard in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was truly relaxing. My biggest satisfaction was the cleanliness; the bed linens and pillowcases in the room exuded a fresh, sunny scent. The owner and housekeeper were very welcoming, proactively helping with luggage upon check-in and providing transportation to scenic spots. They truly made me feel at home.

The hotel is very close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. In the morning, the hotel provides a Mercedes-Benz van that takes you directly to the scenic area, which is very convenient. I love the decor, the rooms are spacious, and very clean. The snacks in the room were delicious; I asked the receptionist for more, and she readily gave me a handful. Knowing I liked it, she gave me even more – it was so heartwarming! The hotel also has a public bath, and there are individual bathtubs in the rooms. After a long day of sightseeing, a relaxing bath is perfect for relieving fatigue. I really loved the hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit! 😌

We were very satisfied with the room; the twin room was spotlessly clean. There's also a lovely conservatory on the second floor of the hotel; it always smelled wonderful when we passed by, which I really liked. The hotel service was also excellent; they picked us up and dropped us off right at the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Moreover, Zhuoma was incredibly helpful, offering us plenty of valuable travel advice and assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The room was large and not cold at night, but it was equipped with an electric heater and electric blanket. The toilet seat was a bit loose, so disposable bath towels would be a plus. Large trucks would pass by at night, making some noise, but it was too noisy! The breakfast wasn't rich but nutritious enough. The shuttle service to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area was so convenient, about 3 kilometers away! The girl at the front desk recommended the yak beef soup pot across the street, which was affordable and delicious. The driver, Mr. Tian, ​​was particularly good, with prompt pick-up and drop-off, polite and thoughtful words, and he also gave us tips on Aba tourism, transportation, and accommodation. It was a wonderful experience. I can only say that this hotel has found a treasure! Please cherish it. Thank you again, Mr. Tian.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel has a restaurant. We ordered the beef hot pot there at the night of arrival. It had plenty of meat, and was enough for four people. The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the park entrance, as well as free pickup and drop-off at the bus stop. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was vegetarian except for the hard-boiled eggs.

Hotel is a little away from the main attraction entry, but the lodge offers free transport to and from the location. Also we took a late night shuttle bus from a nearby town and they even picked us up from the bus stop. Also we went to a nearby restaurant and they also offered us a pickup even though it was later than 23:00 at night. Room was clean, amenities was ready for us and was even greeted by 2 very friendly cats when we checked in. Overall experience was made better by the lodge and can’t thank them enough. Would stay here again next time we visit.

My recent trip to Jiuzhaigou was an unforgettable family adventure. We set off in the early morning, eager to explore the breathtaking landscapes that this UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for. Our first stop was the stunning 长海 (Chang Hai), which truly took my breath away. The vibrant colors and serene atmosphere made it the highlight of our visit. After soaking in the beauty of 长海, we followed the signs and ventured down to discover more scenic spots. Each new view was more magnificent than the last, showcasing the unique features of Jiuzhaigou's natural beauty. Around 10:30 AM, we made our way to the center of the park, where we found a variety of food options. The food was delightful, and it caters to different tastes. I decided to try some dumplings, which were delicious and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our exploration. At noon, we hopped on a bus to the other side of the park, which was equally enchanting, filled with more beautiful scenes and tranquil lakes to admire. We wrapped up our day by returning to the Jiuzhaigou entrance around 4 PM. Overall, the experience was incredible, combining breathtaking scenery with delicious food and quality family time. I highly recommend visiting Jiuzhaigou to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

This time, I went to Jiuzhaigou for a relaxing break and happened to book Danbuchang Yunsu. The experience completely exceeded my expectations. I have to give this gem of a hotel a huge thumbs up! From the moment I drove into the mountains, the drive was hassle-free. Following the navigation, the entire journey was smooth. Once we arrived, the parking lot was spacious, and the staff were proactive in providing directions. Even for a novice driver like me, finding a spot was a breeze. After checking in, I opened the door to my room and was immediately struck by the view outside. From the bed, I could see the cascading mountain vistas. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, a light mist drifted through the mountains, making me feel like I was in a painting. What really impressed me was the hotel's pool. On a nice afternoon, I went for a swim. Soaking in the cool water while gazing at the distant mountains washed away all my fatigue. The photos I took were stunning, and after posting them on WeChat Moments, many people asked for the address. When it comes to details, the service at this hotel is truly exceptional. Upon check-in, the staff provided detailed guides to nearby attractions and kindly reminded me of the significant temperature swings in the mountains. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety. Besides traditional Chinese breakfast items like porridge, steamed buns, and eggs, they also included freshly baked bread, fruit, and yogurt. The ingredients were all very fresh, and many of the vegetables were reportedly sourced directly from local farmers, making them incredibly delicious. I stayed two days in a row, and the breakfast menu was slightly different each day, so I never got tired of it. The most important thing was the sleep experience. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with a mattress of just the right firmness and pillows of varying heights. The mountain was incredibly quiet, and I had a particularly good night's sleep, which is crucial when traveling. Overall, for a hotel with this kind of ambiance, service, and amenities, the price was truly excellent. If I were to return to this area, I would definitely choose Danbu Cang Yunsu again, and I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou!
