酒店很陳舊，衞生間的門把手沒有，櫃子是破損的，不提供純凈水，燒水壺水垢很嚴重都不敢燒水喝。價格不便宜，覺得性價比很低。

三百塊的房間，就是普通旅店的模樣，床頭上一個接線板的控制開關竟然在床頭櫃上面，而且沒有任何提示，wifi 也是沒有提示密碼，我老公從六樓跑了兩趟下去問這點破事，明明可以貼一張紙就方便所有人的事非得不提前告知，你們看看視頻就知道咋回事了

房間很寬敞，環境衞生很乾凈，房間設施很齊全，前台服務很熱情。樓下吃的很方便，距離績溪博物館，績溪文廟和績溪三雕博物館很近。

酒店位置還行，停車場不大衹能停個五六台車，酒店設施比較老舊，年代有些久了，房間還算安靜，不過沒有一次性拖鞋，也沒有吹風機，有些插座接口沒有電，體驗不是很好，整體感覺還是太老舊了，基礎設施跟不上了。

缺點:門不好開，沒有抽紙衹有捲紙，衣櫃老舊，床頭是木頭的比較硌。優點:性價比很高。同樣價位的房間裏，面積算大的。
