在這家酒店住了兩晚上，非常滿意，前台接待員熱情周到，入住手續辦理迅速，房間寬敞明亮，衞生間設施新穎，給人一種現代感，床鋪舒適，睡眠質量非常好！房間打掃得非常乾淨，酒店的地理位置也非常方便，附近有很多商店和餐廳，強力推薦這家酒店。

我們訂的是豪華標間，圖片上是有兩張大沙發+茶几的配置的，等我們到店的時候已經是午夜了，前台給了我們兩個商務標間配置的房間，當時進了房間就返回前台提出異議，前台説等八點經理上班後給予處理，由於已經半夜，就將就住了一晚。
第二天，經理一開始態度尚可，説前台“可能是新來的”不瞭解情況給錯了房間，願意給我們提供免費的早餐服務，我表明入住人員為4個大人+3個小孩後，經理開始埋怨我們為什麼有問題當時不提出，要讓她貼錢，可是我是提出了疑議的，我一直表明我是衝著圖片上有個小客廳我才下單的豪華標間，我不明白為什麼最後還成了顧客的問題

節假日漲了3倍，但是房間和服務真的不怎麼樣。房間窗户一打開就能聞到隔壁飯店飄來的油煙味，房間很舊，電視機衹能看有線電視，網絡電視沒法看，電視機頁面顯示升級，叫了服務員上來也被告知看不了，床頭沒有電源插座沒法充電，衹能在電視櫃的牆角充電。床偏低，床單還有一個破洞，枕頭衹有一個，睡兩個人衹能枕靠墊。衞生間裏一股臭味，門口沒法停車，讓我們自己找車位，有飯菜加熱也不提供微波爐，房間裏也沒有吹風機，居然要去總枱拿，難道公用的？這個不能稱作酒店，衹能算是小旅館。

房間比較老舊，味道很重，雖然阿姨開了窗，但是還可以聞到房間裏的臭味和灰塵味！我覺得應該是地毯味道，很久沒有清洗除蟎了！
隔音很差！隔壁人説話聽得一清二楚！
床上睡下來很難受，會有細小顆粒，然後全身會癢，建議把自己包住睡覺🤣
吹風機力度不行。

這家店價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點。房間很乾凈寬敞，特別衞生間，衞生到位各細節處理的都很好！前台小姑娘細心熱情回答我問的每個問題。

住五天，第一天看到客房服務人員的留言時我沒太在意，但第二天又看到時，對方的善意和友好有些感動我，就這樣客服每天都有不同內容的留言，酒店的內部設施完備，屬於低調的奢華，為客人考慮得很周到，酒店前台和客房服務人員素質都特別高，服務熱情周到，讓住客有賓至如歸的感覺。推薦朋友。

首先服務態度很好，把車停下後保安還替我拎了箱子進去，前台服務態度也是非常好，一直送到了電梯。服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，特別是我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡房間內也讓人感覺温馨，推薦朋友。
