服務：前台小姐姐非常貼心，知道朋友是外面來玩的，條件允許的情況下房型免費升級了，還會提前打房間電話詢問是否方便打掃衞生，服務非常到位。
環境：離高鐵站很近，而且房間隔音挺好的，晚上睡覺很安靜，酒店整體看着也很乾凈衞生。

凌晨一點入住的，房間黴味，臭味，噪聲都很大，空調一開氣味翻倍。早上5點小孩開始咳嗽發燒，去醫院檢查為細菌感染，反覆高燒。我是維也納多年的會員，這是有史以來入住的最差的一家，也是唯一給差評的一家！ 8135房間！
