It's very bad. It's the worst place I've ever stayed in in the low-price category. It's noisy, smelly, and dirty. It's not even as good as a guest house.

差！差！差！環境臟亂差，衞生間有很多小蟑螂在爬！床單上面有毛！隔音效果極差！趁着國慶節漲價我能理解，但是你漲了200塊錢然後衞生這個樣子我真的不能理解！你好歹最基本的床單被套還有衞生間不該有蟲子吧。床單被套也是掛在大廳裏曬的……我一晚上衣服都不敢脱廁所都不敢上。

賓館在績溪北站附近，到達和離開績溪很方便，但離古城區較遠。賓館沒有電梯。房間設備大致齊全，只欠風筒(吹風機)。
