Fomos passar o Natal no hotel e fomos recepcionados com quarto sem limpeza, vaso sanitário com tampa solta, chuveiro elétrico não esquentava, comida fria e ruim durante a ceia (sem pães, queijo ralado e sem Nescau no café da manhã do dia seguinte também). O que achamos estranho é que já fomos lá muitas outras vezes e a qualidade caiu absurdamente. O valor cobrado para uma diária foi R$2.300,00, ou seja, nada barato para uma prestação de serviços dessa forma. Saímos bem decepcionados.

Minha família e eu estivemos hospedados na semana do Natal e foi uma ótima experiência! Todos foram muito atenciosos, em especial ao Damião e à equipe de recreação. O lugar é lindo, limpo e atendeu nossas expectativas. Pretendemos voltar em uma próxima oportunidade. Eu super indico!

O hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura na natureza, com boas e limpas piscinas ao ar livre e aquecida, refeições e boas opções de passeios inclusos para as crianças. A animação do tio Lelê e o profissionalismo do gerente geral Damião, que faz tudo para agradar aos hóspedes, fazem a diferença.

Passei a semana do Natal, 1 semana mto gostosa e divertida. Gostaria de agradecer tio Lele, tia Panqueca e tia Lua pela atenção e carinho com a minha filha, as brincadeiras foram sensacionais! O lugar é lindo muito verde, porém não é bem aproveitado, passei o natal e tinha poucas pessoas, muitos quartos vazios, diferente dos anos anteriores. O ponto que gostamos foi o pessoal da recreação que animou o pessoal e acabamos fazendo amizade com os outros hóspedes. Que venha uma administração que consiga cuidar hotel e aproveitar melhor o local é maravilhoso a natureza incrível.

A recreação foi fantástica! Eu e a minha família gostamos MUITO das brincadeiras,principalmente do karaokê. Eu gostei bastante da tia Lua,pois ela é MUITOOOOOO legal,amáve,gentil e doce! Não gostei muito do campeonato de truco,pois acho de deveria ser uma coisa mais abrangente,por exemplo UNO. Mas todas as brincadeiras foram bem legais,pq tiraram a gnt do tédio.
