Hotel rooms are big. The reception was not enthusiastic. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Overall it is ok type for short stay

The stay at hotel omni plaza was a good experience. They gave us whatever we want like bislery water, preferred rooms we want. Morning breakfast was delicious as well.

Service is average. We had to struggle a lot for getting handwash, getting room lock repaired, clean towels etc. Having said this food was excellent here.

Online. Initially there's question related to mattress but it's part of the basic package at the time of booking however staff supported and it's good. Lighting needs to be changed.
